All current subscriptions are through Stripe which you are able to manage via the MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION link on your PROFILE page. Here you are able to manage and cancel your own subscription.

You can view all subscription payments you have made by clicking on the Manage Subscription / Billing link on your PROFILE page.

If you notice a duplicate payment, please do let us know. This sometimes happens when the internet is slow and it looks like the payment has not gone through, so you click it again and it goes through twice.

Go to SUPPORT and choose STRIPE PAYMENT ISSUE as the topic. We will need the email that you joined with and the email that you use in Stripe (if it is different)

We are incredibly grateful for any donations. However, sometimes our participants confuse making a donation with becoming an Associate, which are not the same.

In order to get a printed, plastic ID card, our system needs to recognise you as a subscribing Associate rather than a free Participant, which is done from the Associate link on your PROFILE page, under the ID cards.
