We ask for several different sets of health information - and this may change over time. It is incredibly important that you enter this information, because this is what will form the worldwide health data of the SARS-CoV-2 vaccine-free control group. Without this data, there is NO COMPARISON DATA to the population who have taken the SARS-CoV-2 jabs and no way to see the true effect and efficacy of the worldwide vaccination programme.
