The most common issue around loading your photo is its file size.

Your photo is a digital file and our system is set up to reject images that are larger than 4.5MB image must be JPG or PNG format only.

Study participation letters, signed by a doctor, are available to download from the RESOURCES page in a number of different languages. Please login first, then go to the RESOURCES menu item. You can select a letter for yourself and any of your dependents with different languages.
